This residence is doing well so far as currently all the units in Tower B are fully sold out, meanwhile in Tower A, the 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms units are sold out. Only limited units are available for 3 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms units.
Iskandar Residences would be good for investment as it attracts Singaporeans massively. There are no bumi lots available, whereby all are international units. There are not even RM500,000 limit for foreigners. The developer offers 7% rebate, DIBS, free SPA fees, free 1 year maintenance, as well as absorption of state consent fee for foreign buyers.
